Before first activities we had a pre-meeting in orphanage what we wanted to involve in our project. We met with the officials from there and 25 children are now part of our project.

Friday, 5th of October:
On our first day, 25 children were taken to the Solar house in Sümerpark. They were given a short lesson by the teacher, who started his story with nature. He explained the children where energy comes from and what kind of effect it has on the nature. Also, he gave an overview of the consequences what can happen when people don't care about the environment.
Children realized that they have to change the way of their acting and be more nature-friendly. In addition, they got some knowledge of renewable energy.
After having lesson inside, children finished their first day with playing games outside.
5 Ekim Cuma Günü:
İlk olması dolayısıyla daha çok tanışma oyunları yoğunluklu bir etkinlik oldu ve ekoloji, geri dönüşüm, enerji tasarrufu üzerine sohbet edildi. Daha sonrasında güneş evi ziyareti gerçekleştirildi ve çocuklara geri dönüşüm ve yenilenebilir enerji hakkında bilgi verildi. Ayrıca ekolojik alan gezildi ve enerjiden nasıl faydalanıldığı ile ilgili
bilgilendirmelerde yapıldı.
Saturday, 6th of October:
Children were invited to the
paper workshop. This had to explain them more how they can reuse paper
and make some nice things out of it.

Children were invited to the
paper workshop. This had to explain them more how they can reuse paper
and make some nice things out of it.
As
usual, their day started with games. After some games they had their
first activity, what was creating newspaper figures. Children were given
wet pieces of newspaper and they had to form figures out of it. Glue
was needed to keep it all together.
In the second activity children had to make egg tray worms. During making worms, they were told about recycling and reusing paper.
6 Ekim Cumartesi Günü:
Isınma oyunlarından sonra çocuklar üç grup oluşturdular ve daha öncesinden hazırlanmış eski gazeteleri suda ıslatıp bu ıslak kâğıtları tutkalla yapıştırarak tamamen yaratıcılıklarıyla çeşitli oyuncak, süs eşyası gibi ürünler ortaya çıkardılar. Ayrıca yumurta kutularından artık materyal değerlendirme çalışması olarak süs eşyaları yaptılar
